New Sunflower

New painting in my sunflower series. I love the way these two sunflowers look like they are having a conversation about the full moon. Available in my Etsy shop.   SOLD

Railroad Lily

Railroad Lilies used to grow along the railroad tracks and along country roads all over the country. Now they are prized for their wonderful color in private gardens. And unfortunately also prized by deer who seem to find them a delicious snack.

I just painted this small lily on an 8 x 10 inch gallery wrapped canvas. It will be for sale at
The Joyful Jewel for $48.00.

SUNFLOWERS

In April I'm going to be the featured artist at The Joyful Jewel, a gallery in Pittsboro, NC. I've been painting sunflowers all winter, and my show will include a series of the paintings that I've done. I have found that painting sunflowers on a cold dreary winter day is a very a very cheering thing to do - along with a cup of hot chocolate.
This is one of the paintings that will be in the show - unless it sells beforehand!

It's getting to be beach time!

I'm looking forward to summer and trips to the beach! I love the beach fences and the way they create patterns and shadows on the dunes.
New painting, 8 x 8 inches, on a gallery wrapped canvas. It can be purchased through Pay Pal, and is only $45.00.
