I painted this dining room floor for a friend who bought a fantastic victorian house here in North Carolina. The center is marbelized and I used a stencil that I cut for the borders. The design is adapted from the design in her stained glass chandelier. The floor was painted with acrylic paints and then coated with several coats of a varathane floor finish, then waxed.
